Removing the Free Plan & Price Changes

Hi Everyone,

From December 1st 2020, there will be important changes to our plans and prices.

1. The Free plan will be removed.
2. The Basic Plan price will be increased from $4.99 to $9.99 per month.
3. Users on the Basic Plan will no longer be able to create new Private Projects. Only users on the Pro and Pro Plus plans will be able to create Private Projects.

Existing Users

As long as you never cancel, if you are an existing active user on the Basic Plan, your monthly price will stay to $4.99, but you will lose the ability to create new Private Projects.

Why this change?

KitchenWhiz is a private bootstrapped business and requires revenue so that we can hire more developers in order to further improve the project.

From our experience, KitchenWhiz is by far the best kitchen design solution for homeowners and the ease of use it provides is way valueable than the $9.99 we intend to charge for the Basic Plan.

Also, we hate monetizing the Free version with Ads because they destroy the user experience.
